2.1.2.2 You agree that if you or your designated user accept or use an advantage, to whom you are related, and you agree to ensure that your designated users are bound by the benefits associated with this benefit, as they may be changed from time to time by Autodesk by a written message provided to individual users in accordance with this subscription agreement or in accordance with current terms of use (and these conditions, as amended from time to time, are part of this subscription contract for individual users and are included in this subscription contract for individual users). 5.1 Effective date; Term. The validity date of your subscription for individual users is the date set by Autodesk in accordance with its policies for entering your subscription for individual users in Autodesk systems. The terms of renewal of your subscription for individual users begin on an appropriate anniversary of the effective date. The initial duration of your subscription to individual users is continued for one (1) month, three (3) months (also called “detention quarter”) or one (1), two (2) or three (3) years from the validity date, depending on how long you qualify, choose and buy. The terms of renewal of your subscription to individual users are maintained for one (1) month, three (3) months (also referred to as “detention quarters”) or one (1), two (2) or three (3) years from the anniversary date of the validity date immediately after the expiry date or the immediately prior extension period (depending on the duration), depending on the length of the extension period you select and purchase. Autodesk will endeavour to confirm your purchase within 48 hours of the effective date or the corresponding anniversary of the effective date (as applicable). 2.4.7 ; Notwithstanding all other subscription agreements to individual users or in the current Autodesk license and service agreement, all licenses made available to you or your designated users in combination with a subscription to individual users are the type of “Fixed Term/Limited Duration/Rental License” used only by designated users. B for example, an employee, an independent contractor or another agent), or, if there is no such organization, the person who buys a subscription for individual users on his own behalf.
