If this requirement is not fully met, the recipient`s subsidy may be reduced in accordance with the terms of the grant agreement or grant decision. The forecast budget for all applications is reviewed to determine all cost items deemed excessive or ineligible. EASME may ask applicants to submit clarifications and/or a revised budget to ensure compliance with the eligible cost rules, or if, in the event of a revision, the amount awarded would be reduced from the amount requested in the application. iii) Environmental policy and information – The programme supports projects in the areas of awareness, environmental training and capacity building, compliance with legislation and enforcement, knowledge development and public and stakeholder participation. It co-finances grants for information, awareness and dissemination projects to promote environmental awareness. These include platforms for cooperation and the exchange of knowledge on sustainable environmental solutions and practices. Projects are co-financed up to 55%. EASME will make the final decision on recommended or rejected applications and reserve list applications. The filing of a grant application involves the adoption of the SGA model attached to this appeal. This operating grant is awarded for the second year of the VPA fiscal year, 2019.
